Hi Oren - Thanks for the succinct summary of a very long day of wrangling over DRM issues. One of the fundamental issues I picked up on is the rift between copyright law and contract law - both highly institutionalized in American commerce. They are at odds over the definition of ownership of digital assets. Without some major resolution of whether downloading constitutes a buy or a lease of the content - we seem doomed to argue in circles - or, as you suggested just junk the idea as the price comes down past a level where it doesn't make a difference.

Just wondering why you didn't cover the FTC's question-and-answer panel that came after the Future of DRM panel?
